E.S.A.T. DOMAINE DE LA HAUTE LEBRE is a service and work assistance establishment for people with disabilities. Our cheese team is pleased to welcome you every day to show its know-how and share the life of our little goats.
On the road of lavender, the heights of the Plateau d'Albion, facing the Mont Ventoux, our goats graze freely typical vegetation of Provence. Every day, the milking carried out by our goats makes available to the cheese dairy a characteristic milk of the region allowing the manufacture of the cheese PDO "Le Banon". Our teams are present throughout the week from 8h30 to 16h30 to welcome you and offer all the cheese made (gavotins, cabrons, keyhole, tome the old ...)
